1. Achieve and monitor individual sales targets through customer engagement and brow treatments.
2. Perform eyebrow treatments including tinting, waxing, and shaping.
3. Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and Douglas colleagues.
5. Participate in promotional events and new product launches at the counter.
6. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
7. Ensure the counter and displays are consistently clean and hygienic.

1. Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.
3. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent.
4. Strong passion for cosmetics and brow services.
5. Natural aptitude for sales.
6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively multi-task.
7. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.
