Benefit Cosmetics Brow and Beauty Expert

1. Achieve and track individual sales targets by engaging with customers, performing brow treatments, and demonstrating Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales formula.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues at Douglas.
3. Participate in counter events, including new product launches and parties.
4. Communicate stock needs for treatments and sales.
5. Ensure the counter and displays are always clean and hygienic.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in cosmetics.

1. Passion for cosmetics and brows with a strong sales orientation.
2. Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
3. Proactive and comfortable with approaching customers and engaging in 'traffic stopping'.
4. Fluency in Dutch and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the cosmetics industry, is required.

Part-time position with a 0.6 FTE, working on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
