1. Provide expert product advice and personalised recommendations to customers, driving retail sales of Benefit Cosmetics at the Brow Bar.
2. Deliver professional eyebrow services and facial waxing to the brand’s service standards.
3. Achieve and exceed sales and service KPIs for the point of sale.
4. Manage Brow Bar inventory and stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
5. Execute merchandising, visual directives and POS materials according to Marketing guidelines to maintain brand image.
6. Communicate brand passion and product knowledge to customers, creating a memorable client experience.
7. Monitor market and competitor activity, including special promotions and launches, to inform customer conversations and service offerings.
8. Foster strong working relationships with store management and colleagues to support a cohesive team environment.

1. Formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image (vocational diploma or equivalent).
2. Minimum three years' experience in retail, cosmetics or perfumery (experience with eyebrow waxing is highly desirable).
3. Availability for part‑time schedule from approximately 30 hours per week.
4. Customer‑centric mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
5. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, autonomy and a proactive approach to work.
6. Intermediate level of English is desirable.
