1. Provide expert advice on Benefit products to drive sales.
2. Achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
3. Perform brow and facial waxing services with excellence.
4. Manage Brow Bar stock to ensure product availability.
5. Inspire customers with passion for the brand.
6. Maintain the Brow Bar according to marketing guidelines.
7. Foster strong relationships with store management and team.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Education in Aesthetics/Makeup/Personal Image.
2. Minimum one year of experience in cosmetic or perfumery sales, with brow waxing experience preferred.
3. Intermediate English proficiency (high level preferred).
4. Availability to work 30 hours per week from April to October.
5. Customer orientation, results-driven, attention to detail, communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
