1. Achieve and monitor individual sales targets through customer engagement and performing brow treatments.
2. Present and sell Benefit products using the Beauty ABC's & Service ABC's sales approach.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Participate in counter events, including new product launches.
5. Communicate stock requirements for treatments and sales.
6. Ensure the counter and displays remain clean and hygienic.

1. Proven experience in retail or customer contact, preferably in cosmetics.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English.

2. Natural aptitude for sales.
3. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively.
4. Proactive in engaging customers to drive sales.
5. Dynamic, enterprising, and independent.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
