1. Deliver expert eyebrow and facial waxing services at the Brow Bar, ensuring high technical and hygiene standards.
2. Provide personalised product advice and sell Benefit Cosmetics products to achieve sales targets for the point of sale.
3. Manage Brow Bar stock and inventory to ensure product availability and smooth operation.
4. Execute merchandising, visual displays and PLV according to Marketing guidelines to preserve brand identity.
5. Create an engaging, on-brand customer experience that conveys passion for the brand and fosters client loyalty.
6. Collaborate proactively with the store team and store management to support store performance and team cohesion.
7. Monitor market and competitor activity — launches and special actions — to remain current and share insights with the team.

1. Formal training in Aesthetics, Makeup or Personal Image (vocational diploma or equivalent).
2. Minimum one year of direct experience in cosmetics or perfumery sales; eyebrow waxing experience with wax is strongly preferred.
3. Availability to start immediately and to work a 30-hour per week schedule.
4. Intermediate level of English is desirable.
