1. Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system following proper authorization and the three-way match process.
2. Ensure timely processing of invoices in alignment with vendor payment terms.
3. Review the accounts payable aging report weekly and resolve any past due invoices.
4. Set up new vendors in accordance with internal control procedures and company policies.
5. Ensure vendor records are accurate, complete, and up to date in the ERP system.
6. Maintain and manage the vendor master files, including ongoing updates to vendor profiles and supporting documentation.
7. Assist in the weekly cash disbursement process by preparing and reviewing payment batches.
8. Ensure that vendor payments are processed accurately and in accordance with company policy.
9. Review and approve employee Travel & Expense (T&E) reports for payment, ensuring adherence to company T&E policies.
10. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to T&E reports by coordinating with employees and relevant departments.
11. Ensure all invoices approved are prepared for final approval and posting during month-end closing.
12. Review month-end accruals with proper documentation.
13. Complete assigned monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure timely review and accuracy.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
3. Proven proficiency in utilizing ERP systems and automated accounts payable workflow platforms.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

The target salary range for this position in California is $31.25/hr - $36.00/hr, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
