Balenciaga Visual Merchandiser

- Oversee store visual merchandising displays and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines within the Retail and Wholesale network through visits and training.
- Conduct store visits to execute guidelines, manage seasonal launches, and provide VM training for store teams and VM contacts.
- Design and deliver VM support, guidelines, and projects to store teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with store teams and VM contacts.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure alignment on company strategies.
- Manage and maintain VM tools, including maintenance and upgrades.
- Work independently on visual merchandising activities while collaborating with the VM Manager in SEAO on direction and guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain control of the budget.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers on window and light-box installations.
- Tertiary education in Arts & Design, Fashion, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
- Familiarity with Ready-To-Wear & Handbags display.
- Strong fashion sense and creativity.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, meticulous, and a team player.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a visual merchandising role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Tertiary education in Arts & Design, Fashion, or related disciplines.
