Balenciaga VIP Relations Assistant Intern

1. Assist in tracking celebrity dressing requests for international events, launches, and special opportunities.
2. Coordinate daily celebrity dressing requests.
3. Support in preparing responses to stylists and celebrity teams.
4. Assist the team in tracking opportunities.
5. Aid in the preparation of fittings, including organizing racks, preparing garments, and managing schedules.
6. Participate in the preparation of shipments, including booking FashionGPS, packing, and verifying references and accompanying documents.
7. Check garment availability in collaboration with the image team and propose alternative options if necessary.
8. Update tracking files for shipments, returns, and availability.
9. Ensure proper stock maintenance and assist in updating inventories.
10. Track garment movements, including handling shipments and returns, and managing internal requests.
11. Maintain frequent contact with internal teams, especially the image team for garment loans.
12. Contribute to the compilation of dressing reports.
13. Ensure rigorous organization of shared documents and files.
14. Contribute to press and social media monitoring related to celebrity appearances.
15. Propose talents for various projects on a daily basis.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
2. Strong interest in fashion and luxury industry.

1. Excellent organizational skills.
2. Strong communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with FashionGPS or similar systems.
5. Attention to detail.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and luxury is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
