- Collaborate with local retail and merchandising teams to enhance store experience and performance through strategic training initiatives.
- Conduct classroom and in-store on-the-job training (OJT) for Sales Associates.
- Facilitate induction training for new employees and support store openings.
- Design and deliver client journey and product training, including localization of materials.
- Conduct in-store workshops, such as ready-to-wear mix and match sessions.
- Monitor and support mystery shopping and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding of training among Sales Associates.
- Identify and disseminate best practices across the network.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Over 3-5 years of experience in training roles.
- Experience in the fashion, luxury, or retail industry is preferred.
- Deep understanding of fashion, business, and market dynamics.
- Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate team members.
- Willingness to travel outside Tokyo.
- Proficiency in fundamental PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English (oral and written) and native-level Japanese.
