1. Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing business opportunities.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Balenciaga products and brand history.
3. Maintain an organized client book with accurate data, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales and requests.
4. Stay informed about current fashion trends and history to enhance client interactions and provide informed advice.

6. Contribute to the execution of daily operational tasks in line with company directives.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision to develop business and achieve high personal performance.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Knowledge of fashion trends and history.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.
