Balenciaga Supply Planning Intern

1. Optimize availability and oversee the delivery process to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
2. Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities shared by central Merchandising.
3. Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
4. Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational matters.
5. Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
6. Manage specific follow-ups on Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
7. Update and create monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
8. Participate in various projects.
9. Ensure continuity within the Supply Planning team.
10. Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a first successful experience in a similar role.
2. Bilingual in English.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability and strong analytical abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

A first successful experience in a similar role is required.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
