1. Coordinate and optimize product availability in collaboration with Production, Distribution Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and the central warehouse.
2. Ensure weekly tracking of product deliveries, including carry-over and new collections.
3. Update delivery schedules based on production feedback.
4. Lead weekly follow-up meetings with Production teams to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
5. Monitor product receipts at the central warehouse.
6. Facilitate smooth and regular communication of delivery statuses to central teams and regions.
7. Identify priorities for product launches and develop collaborative action plans with Merchandising and Operations.
8. Implement targeted actions to reduce time to market, considering product typologies and production complexities.
9. Facilitate S&OP meetings to align sales forecasts, production capacities, and stock levels.
10. Anticipate non-delivery risks and propose alternative solutions with Wholesale.
11. Update and enhance delivery tracking reports.
12. Ensure data reliability and consistency in information systems.
13. Analyze logistics performance and propose continuous improvement strategies.
14. Contribute to special projects related to the supply chain.
15. Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including the implementation of new planning tools and process redesigns.
16. Develop and evolve management tools and dashboards.

1. Degree from an engineering or business school.
2. Experience as a Supply Planner or Distribution Planner.

1. Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in supply chain management, particularly in a luxury fashion context, is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
