1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
2. Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
3. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with Balenciaga’s guidelines.
4. Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clientele.

1. Previous experience in retail and customer service, with a focus on people and store operations management.

1. Inclusive leadership and excellent organizational skills.
2. Adaptability and dynamic problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
4. Strong PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in retail and customer service, particularly in managing store operations and leading teams.
