18. Maintain store atmosphere in line with brand image.
19. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga signature experiences and customer engagement.
20. Follow up on CEE and NPS scores, taking action based on results.
21. Develop clienteling mindset, enhancing customer loyalty from new clients to VICs.
22. Manage customer complaints and related sales procedures.
23. Network with influential figures in the luxury industry to strengthen customer loyalty, particularly among VICs and VVICs.
24. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
25. Strive for store image alignment with Balenciaga standards and ensure team access to resources.
26. Plan, approve, organize, and prepare activities to manage expected workload.
27. Take necessary measures to ensure the safety of products and valuables in the store.
28. Implement retail excellence guidelines in the store.
29. Assist in inventory activities and warehouse stock supervision, reporting discrepancies.
30. Manage inventory activities with the operations manager based on inventory results.
31. Oversee warehouse stock to ensure alignment with store sales potential.
32. Review and improve existing procedures for sustained growth, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
33. Supervise store team planning activities.
