- Oversee clienteling activities in line with headquarters guidelines.
- Maintain store atmosphere in line with brand image.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga signature experiences and customer engagement.
- Follow up on CEE and NPS scores, taking action based on results.
- Develop clienteling mindset, enhancing customer loyalty from new clients to VICs.
- Manage customer complaints and related sales procedures.
- Network with influential figures in the luxury industry to strengthen customer loyalty, particularly among VICs and VVICs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Strive for store image alignment with Balenciaga standards and ensure team access to resources.
- Plan, approve, organize, and prepare activities to manage expected workload.
- Take necessary measures to ensure the safety of products and valuables in the store.
- Implement retail excellence guidelines in the store.
- Assist in inventory activities and warehouse stock supervision, reporting discrepancies.
- Manage inventory activities with the operations manager based on inventory results.
- Oversee warehouse stock to ensure alignment with store sales potential.
- Review and improve existing procedures for sustained growth, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise store team planning activities.
- Understanding of Balenciaga product sensitivity and ability to act in line with brand image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
