Balenciaga Store Manager

- Drive sales growth by leading the store team and enhancing customer loyalty in alignment with Balenciaga's commercial strategy.
- Oversee daily store operations, including activity reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
- Lead and motivate the sales team through individual and group coaching, and conduct regular meetings.
- Expand the client portfolio by building new customer relationships and managing existing ones, including CRM and dispute resolution.
- Manage staff scheduling, uniform distribution, and recruitment, including onboarding and training of new hires.
- Provide feedback and propose improvements based on performance and quality assessments.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company policy.
- Monitor and analyze commercial and budgetary indicators.
- Participate in inventory processes and address discrepancies.
- Oversee stock levels, replenishments, and manage repairs and alterations.
- Proven experience in team management, luxury retail store management, and luxury sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, availability, and responsiveness.
- Established client portfolio and familiarity with the local clientele.
- Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of product and fashion culture.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
