- Ensure collection displays adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain visual coherence with the brand's identity.
- Oversee all in-store controls including internal organization, compliance, and safety standards.
- Supervise stock management, including restocking, inventories, discrepancy investigations, and flow efficiency.
- Manage repairs, after-sales service, and alterations with precision.
- Experience in luxury boutique management and performance-oriented team leadership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, acute service orientation, and strong listening abilities.
- Responsive, responsible, organized, with a natural sense of presentation and persuasion.
- Established client portfolio and thorough understanding of the local clientele.
- Proficiency in IT tools and a genuine sensitivity to products and fashion.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
