Balenciaga Store Manager

- Drive store revenue and commercial KPIs by implementing Balenciaga’s sales strategy and ensuring consistent execution of retail processes and procedures.
- Lead daily operations including cash/till supervision, sales reporting, stock control, replenishment and participation in inventories.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team through individual and group coaching, regular meetings, performance reviews and induction of new hires.
- Grow and manage a high‑value customer portfolio: acquire new clients, nurture relationships, maintain CRM follow‑up and resolve client disputes.
- Ensure merchandising and product presentation comply with brand visual and merchandising standards.
- Oversee personnel administration: scheduling, uniform management, workforce planning and recruitment interviews.
- Propose and implement improvement plans based on results and quality feedback; ensure adherence to the Retail Excellence programme.
- Manage after‑sales service, repairs and rework processes for the store and boutique corners.
- Proven success in store leadership and team management within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable track record in selling high‑end fashion or leather goods and in developing a local client portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with persuasive, service‑oriented approach and solid listening ability.
- Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in Italian and English.

Minimum five years of experience in luxury retail, including at least two years in a supervisory or store management role, ideally within flagship or high‑end boutique environments.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion or related field preferred.
