1. Manage store sales operations, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
2. Oversee daily team management, providing individual and group coaching, and conducting regular meetings.
3. Expand and maintain the customer portfolio, ensuring excellent customer relationship management and dispute resolution.
4. Handle personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and training of new employees.
5. Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program and propose improvements and action plans.
6. Position and present collections in line with the Merchandising policy.
7. Analyze and monitor sales and budget indicators.
8. Participate in inventory management and discrepancy resolution.
9. Manage stock levels and restocking processes.
10. Oversee repairs, rework, and after-sales service management.

1. Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to manage luxury product sales.
3. Strong social skills and listening abilities, with a sense of responsibility.

1. Customer service orientation with persuasive communication skills.
2. Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of fashion culture.
3. Fluency in English and ideally a second language.

Extensive experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, with a focus on team leadership and customer relationship management.
