- Maximize sales and provide exceptional customer experiences and after-sales service.

Annual salary system with potential for salary revision once a year in April. Target bonuses up to 15% for Store Managers and up to 10% for Assistant Store Managers. Additional incentives based on store performance and specific KPIs.
