1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and implement constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
9. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
10. Ensure compliance with all processes, legal, safety, and HR guidelines.
11. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock.
12. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.

1. 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven track record of managing teams of at least 20 people.
3. Commitment to innovative projects and inclusive leadership style.
