Balenciaga E-Commerce Intern

- Assist with weekly business reporting
- Manage online catalog including item mapping and asset uploading
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure product accuracy
- Conduct weekly site quality assurance and report issues
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Assist with monthly test orders
- Manage substitution codes
- Support ad-hoc projects and competitive benchmarking
- Eligible for academic credit
- Ability to work in the NYC corporate office
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and task-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management and organizational skills
No specific prior experience required, but a background in e-commerce or fashion is advantageous.
