Balenciaga Store Director

- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring constant assessments and adjustments.
- Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute actions accordingly.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
- Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
- Complete monthly store schedules reflecting business needs.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Provide structured feedback and conduct individual appraisal interviews biannually.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, promoting brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure store image and client experience align with corporate standards.
- Lead by example in client engagement and service.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Manage store operations, including opening, closing, and inventory activities.
- Maintain a cost-conscious approach to protect the company's bottom line.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a team of at least 20 people.
