- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and pursue targeted quantitative and qualitative goals, ensuring their attainment.
- Implement and follow up on action plans, conducting regular assessments of results.
- Cultivate a strong store culture with a focus on key KPIs and storytelling.
- Stay informed about local business environments, market trends, and competition.
- Share insights with the store team and integrate them into the store action plan.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute corresponding actions.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and the store team.
- Oversee accurate weekly payroll reporting and complete monthly store schedules.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Develop and implement training and coaching plans for store management and teams.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure the store image aligns with corporate standards and guidelines.
- Engage with clients and prospects to define action plans and enhance client loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Manage administrative and accounting responsibilities, including inventory supervision.
- 5 to 10 years of successful managerial experience in the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
