1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and conduct constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in partnership with HR.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
9. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
11. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with sales potential.

1. 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven track record of managing a team of at least 20 people.
