1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results and perform regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering team development and growth.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture both internally and externally.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and corporate guidelines.
7. Oversee store operations, including payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of at least 20 people.
3. Strong commitment to client experience and loyalty.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
