1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct constant assessments to ensure goals are met.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition, and integrate insights into the store action plan.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and the store team.
5. Oversee and ensure accurate reporting of weekly payroll for the store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
8. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
10. Supervise inventory activities and maintain cost-conscious operations.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a team of at least 20 people.
