1. Define, execute, and monitor the store's action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring continuous assessment and improvement.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition, and integrate insights into the store action plan.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values, and provide clear vision and goals for the team.
5. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
6. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally, and ensuring consistent client experiences.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, and internal requirements, as well as sustainability and HR guidelines.
8. Oversee and ensure accurate reporting of weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
9. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.
10. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
