1. Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and perform cycle counts.
4. Coordinate repair management and ensure timely handling of repairs.
5. Monitor and resolve inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
6. Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies efficiently.
7. Perform opening and closing procedures according to guidelines.
8. Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
9. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
10. Support the sales floor as needed and work on additional projects directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
3. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management software.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
5. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.
