1. Oversee policies and procedures in alignment with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Efficiently manage daily shipping and receiving operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. Receive and process merchandise.
5. Complete monthly store reconciliation.
6. Collaborate with CSR functions for repair management and handle repairs promptly.
7. Conduct weekly repair shipments and follow-ups.
8. Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
9. Maintain and organize the stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
10. Prepare and organize annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
11. Ensure cost management aligns with budget and maintain supplies inventory.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as per Balenciaga and Kering standards.
13. Coordinate store maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing with corporate team.
14. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
15. Support the sales floor and assist with additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of six years in operational roles within the luxury retail sector is required.
