Balenciaga Stock Manager

1. Prepare inventory and archive stock for the Couture boutique.
2. Supervise the organization and optimization of the Salon Couture collection.
3. Manage press requests for the current Couture collection.
4. Coordinate the flow of pieces between Salons, Ateliers, Development teams, and the Archives department.
5. Ensure logistical coordination of the Salon space and presentation of pieces with the Visual Merchandising team.
6. Maintain close collaboration with the Salon Couture sales team to meet immediate logistical needs.
7. Oversee preparation and packaging of internal shipments and client deliveries.
8. Collaborate with VIP teams for stock movements.
9. Manage supply of consumables such as packaging, stationery, and maintenance products.
10. Provide operational support for receiving and distributing packages.
11. Coordinate internal shuttle transfers and flows.
12. Coordinate technical interventions with general services and ensure site maintenance.

1. Previous experience in a haute couture house as a stock manager.
2. Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous.
3. Proficient in CEGID, Fashion GPS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to communicate in English.
