1. Receive and process new stock deliveries and store supplies promptly.
2. Ensure stockroom organization adheres to Balenciaga standards.
3. Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout the day.
4. Collaborate with store management and sales teams to present best sellers and new collections.
5. Support the Stock Manager and Store Manager in conducting regular inventory counts.
6. Monitor loss-prevention and address stock discrepancies.
7. Facilitate product transfers by building strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set.

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
2. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong administrative and computer skills.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Appreciation for excellent customer service.
6. Fluency in English.

Experience in stock management or a related field is required.
