Balenciaga Stock Controller

- Receive and process deliveries of merchandise and store supplies promptly and accurately.
- Maintain stockroom organisation in accordance with Balenciaga standards and visual guidelines.
- Monitor and execute shop-floor replenishment throughout the day to ensure optimal presentation of best sellers and new collections.
- Collaborate closely with store management and the sales team to prioritise merchandising and product placement.
- Support the Stock Manager / Store Manager in performing regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to loss-prevention activities and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate product transfers and build working relationships with other Balenciaga store teams.
- Proven experience in a stock control, inventory or back-of-house retail role, or demonstrable transferrable experience.
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team to meet operational priorities.
- Strong administrative aptitude and confident computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer-service oriented with an appreciation for luxury brand standards.

Previous hands-on experience in stock control, warehouse operations or a retail back-of-house role is required; familiarity with inventory counts, replenishment cycles and loss-prevention procedures is expected.
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply-chain operations preferred.
