Balenciaga Stock Controller

- Manage daily stock operations for the Harrods boutique, including goods receipts, put‑away, replenishment and returns processing.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts; investigate and reconcile variances between physical stock and inventory records.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the store management system and ensure timely updates following deliveries, transfers and sales.
- Coordinate inward and outward logistics with Harrods central receiving, regional warehouses and third‑party carriers to ensure on‑time availability of merchandise.
- Implement and maintain stockroom organisation standards and merchandise storage protocols to protect product integrity and brand presentation.
- Support loss‑prevention processes, including audits, shrinkage investigations and adherence to security procedures.
- Provide operational support to sales and visual merchandising teams for replenishment, transfers and event-specific stock requirements.
- Previous experience in inventory control or stock operations within luxury retail or premium fashion (typical range: 1–3+ years).
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow and improve stockroom processes and documentation.
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with store management, customer‑facing teams and external logistics partners.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours as required by a flagship department store environment.
