1. Manage daily stock operations for the Harrods boutique, including goods receipts, put‑away, replenishment and returns processing.
2. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts; investigate and reconcile variances between physical stock and inventory records.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records in the store management system and ensure timely updates following deliveries, transfers and sales.
4. Coordinate inward and outward logistics with Harrods central receiving, regional warehouses and third‑party carriers to ensure on‑time availability of merchandise.
5. Implement and maintain stockroom organisation standards and merchandise storage protocols to protect product integrity and brand presentation.
6. Support loss‑prevention processes, including audits, shrinkage investigations and adherence to security procedures.
7. Provide operational support to sales and visual merchandising teams for replenishment, transfers and event-specific stock requirements.

1. Previous experience in inventory control or stock operations within luxury retail or premium fashion (typical range: 1–3+ years).
2. Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Proven ability to follow and improve stockroom processes and documentation.
4. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with store management, customer‑facing teams and external logistics partners.
5. Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours as required by a flagship department store environment.
