1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure accurate processing of inter-store transfers.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize and maintain stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with management and sales team to ensure correct inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Manage daily cleaning and upkeep of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and maintenance.
11. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance requirements to ensure quality standards are met.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience in luxury retail is required.
