1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
4. Coordinate the processing, shipping, and tracking of repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock organization and accessibility, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
6. Collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure accurate store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Assist in the implementation of visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
11. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold company standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
5. Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
6. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
7. Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of three years of operational experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
