Balenciaga Stock Associate

- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Manage inter-store transfers and ensure correct processing.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Ensure stock organization and accessibility, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to maintain correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
- Prepare and execute inventory management in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation and manage negative on-hand accurately and timely.
- Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to ensure quality meets company standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Experience with JDA or similar inventory management software.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
- Proven ability to drive results and manage, coach, and develop a team.
A minimum of three years in operational roles within the luxury retail sector is required.
