Balenciaga Stock Associate

- Oversee shipments and receipts to ensure on-time, accurate dispatch and incoming product processing; validate and process inter-store transfers.
- Maintain and replenish all store consumables (shopping bags, receipts, tissue paper and related materials) to established service levels.
- Manage repairs workflow: process, ship and track repair items in coordination with retail and after-sales teams.
- Organize back-of-house stock for accessibility and efficiency; register new merchandise promptly and maintain orderly stockroom systems.
- Execute inventory control and loss-prevention activities, including monthly cycle counts, full inventories in partnership with store management and Inventory Control teams, and timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Support visual merchandising implementation and ensure communication of visual standards from Store Manager and corporate directives to the sales team.
- Provide ad-hoc sales-floor support and participate in cross-functional projects as directed by management.
- Supervise daily store maintenance and facility standards—furniture, shelving, carpets, lighting—and coordinate maintenance requests to meet brand standards.
- Minimum three years of operational experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable experience in stock, inventory control and back-of-house processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
- Proven capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and to make decisive operational decisions.
- Physical capability to handle and move merchandise in volume.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proven ability to produce measurable results.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to train, develop and coordinate retail teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a strong business-oriented mindset.

At least 3 years of operational, hands-on experience in luxury retail stock or inventory roles, including responsibility for inventory reconciliation, shipments/receipts and back-of-house supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training in logistics, retail operations or supply chain preferred.
