1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and ensure accurate processing.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
6. Partner with management and sales teams to maintain correct inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed by management.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
11. Assist with Farfetch order processing, including order receipts, POS transactions, and packaging/shipping.
12. Organize Farfetch communications and manage client interactions.
13. Assist with Farfetch supply ordering and related tasks.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
4. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
5. Proven ability to drive results.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
