1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Maintain and replenish store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficient back stock management.
6. Partner with management and sales teams to conduct monthly cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
7. Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
8. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
9. Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, including fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
10. Communicate with Farfetch for order processing, client interactions, and troubleshooting.
11. Manage Farfetch supply orders and related tasks.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of 3 years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
