1. Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly.
3. Maintain and replace inventory levels of all store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise effectively and organizing back stock.
6. Partner with management and the sales team to ensure correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare, implement, and execute inventory in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Complete monthly store reconciliation and address negative on-hand issues accurately and on time.
9. Assist with the implementation of visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
10. Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the store, maintaining fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
12. Communicate needs for new fixtures, landscaping, and floor/carpet cleaning.
13. Oversee all maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality meets company standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and JDA.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
4. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
5. Proven ability to drive results.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
