Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure correct processing of inter-store transfers.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate team needs.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure correct store inventory levels.
- Prepare and execute inventory in partnership with management.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
Experience Requirements
3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
