1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies such as shopping bags and sales receipts.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate team needs.
6. Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure accurate store inventory levels.
7. Prepare and execute inventory tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Complete monthly store reconciliation and address negative on-hand discrepancies.
9. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
10. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
12. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA or similar systems.
3. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
