- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Understand current products, trends, and collections to inform and engage customers.
- Replenish stock and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance when necessary, ensuring resolution to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Stay updated with customer requirements and operating procedures.
- Be aware of daily sales targets and utilize appropriate sales techniques to meet them.
- Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and adhered to.
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards.
- Adhere to security and health and safety regulations.
- Open and close the store according to business needs and company security rules.
- Perform additional duties as necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
- Senior profile with substantial experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a customer service role with direct customer interaction.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in initiating contact and communication.
- Motivated team player with a common goal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Significant experience in customer-facing roles within the luxury retail sector.
