1. Assist in the sales ceremony, including customer greeting and advising.
2. Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and engaging manner.
3. Support the follow-up on alterations.
4. Collect and update customer information for the client database.
5. Aid in the reception, tagging, and display of products.
6. Participate in product restocking and store organization.
7. Contribute to inventory preparation.
8. Support stock organization.

1. Beginner in sales with a strong interest in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear.
2. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
3. Impeccable presentation with a strong sense of service and persuasion.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
5. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
