1. Welcome, advise, and sell to clients.
2. Present Balenciaga's image and products in a tailored and relevant manner.
3. Provide personalized advice to clients to enhance sales and client database.
4. Handle payments and manage tax refunds.
5. Oversee alterations and client follow-ups.
6. Collect client information for database updates.
7. Receive, label, and display products.
8. Restock products and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare and participate in inventories.
10. Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

1. Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, and/or footwear sales.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity with an existing client database.
5. Bilingual in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
