- Welcome, advise, and sell to clients.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a tailored and relevant manner.
- Provide personalized advice to clients to enhance sales and client database.
- Handle payments and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and client follow-ups.
- Collect client information for database updates.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Restock products and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventories.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, and/or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity with an existing client database.
- Bilingual in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
