3. Provide personalized advice to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
4. Handle transactions and manage tax-free processes.
5. Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients.
6. Maintain and update the client database.
7. Receive, label, and display new merchandise.
8. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
9. Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
10. Contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reports.

1. Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with a polished presentation and service orientation.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluent in French and Chinese, with a third language preferred.
