6. Update and monitor customer information using company tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
7. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to the overall business development.

10. Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, complying with corporate policies.
11. Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
12. Adhere to Balenciaga's grooming standards and company policies.

1. Experience in retail, department store sales, or service industries.
2. Previous experience with luxury brands is preferred.
3. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is advantageous.
