1. Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to Balenciaga's selling ceremony and engaging with clients to meet their needs.
2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Balenciaga's products, history, and heritage while assisting customers.
3. Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Engage in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for the industry.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Update and monitor customer information using company tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
7. Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to the overall business development.
8. Collaborate with team members, fostering open communication and proposing effective solutions.
9. Assist in managing product displays in accordance with Balenciaga's visual standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, complying with corporate policies.
11. Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
12. Adhere to Balenciaga's grooming standards and company policies.

1. Experience in retail, department store sales, or service industries.
2. Previous experience with luxury brands is preferred.
3. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is advantageous.

Prior experience in retail or luxury brand sales is preferred.
