1. Proven experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with a polished appearance and service-oriented mindset.
4. Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
5. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.
