1. Greet and assist clients with personalized service to enhance sales and client database.
2. Effectively communicate the brand's DNA and Pierpaolo Piccioli's vision.
3. Process transactions and manage tax refunds.
4. Oversee alterations and follow up with clients.
5. Collect and update client information for database management.
6. Receive, label, and display merchandise.
7. Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
8. Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
9. Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reports.

1. Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
3. Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
4. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an existing client book preferred.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in a third language.
