1. Proven experience in a similar retail or client‑facing role, or equivalent transferable skills.
2. Fluency in English and Dutch.
3. Existing legal right to work in the Netherlands.
4. High attention to detail and the capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficiency in administrative tasks and comfortable using digital tools for sales and client management.
7. Firm product sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion and market trends.
